I wish they would look at their coins more carefully. I have been buying silver eagles GEM brilliant uncirculated. I return more coins than I keep and have to have them replaced often because of the coin marks, scratches, etc. Gem brilliant uncirculated means that you should see no imperfections with the naked eye.

I received the wrong year coins 🪙 and returned 2 for replacement and confirmed that received the 2 coins and you are supposed to be shipping them to me. I was told to put a receipt for the return postage and I have not gotten any confirmation of a refund on it yet. I will be able to rate the 2019’s when I get. I was pleased that your staff are very nice, but wish that had gotten my correct coins. Thank you.🙏
