3. May I order using Paypal?
Yes you may! Just click on PayPal on the order form and you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction.
4. Do you take credit cards?
We take all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
5. How will my purchase be shipped?
All packages are shipped via U.S. Post Office insured mail or registered mail and are insured for their FULL VALUE.
6. What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please let us know. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
You may return any portion of your purchase for a full refund within 21 days from the day you receive it, provided the coins are in their original unopened holders.
Please note: There are no returns on Gold or Silver Eagles, average circulated 90% silver dime, quarter and half dollar rolls or gold and silver bars. These are bullion investment items and are subject to the daily fluctuation of the metals commodity market.
7. The date of the coin I want to purchase is not specified. Do I get to choose the date I want?
Whenever a date of a coin is not specified, then the date is of our choice. However, we will make every effort to supply the date that you desire.
8. When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within 7 to 10 days of our receipt of your order, and often faster.
