Have purchased with Mount Vernon (MV) before with no issues or concerns, a satisfied customer. However, with this sale I am only happy with the portion of my purchase that was received. NOT PLEASED that (MV) was paid in full but only provided half the order. In addition, the items that were not sent and are "back ordered" can be purchased from their website as I write this review. NOT GOOD. If MV struggles to understand or appreciate this situation, imagine this...a customer orders coins, MV sends them, and then upon receipt the customer pays half. The balance of your payment is back ordered, no follow up, no further discussion. I look forward to seeing what MV does in response to the balance of this sale, as I cannot yet call it a purchase.
