Minted 1979 to 1999
Issued in 1979, this One Dollar coin was issued in honor of Susan B. Anthony, the American woman who fought tirelessly for women's rights. These dollar coins were struck from 1979 to 1981, and again in 1999. There is a scarce Type 2 variety for both 1979 and 1981. The U.S. Treasury hoped this coin would be used instead of the $1.00 U.S. note, but this did occur, and likely will not until the $1.00 note is removed from circulation.
This is just a great buy, still in perfect mint package.
This beautiful coin salutes the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. This half dollar proof is just perfect with US Mint box and paper work. You just can not loose on this one.
1951-D Washington Quarter . . . . Brilliant Uncirculated
I have never been disappointed with any orders that I have requested.
As the title says; this coin made a beautiful ring for a customer. I will only purchase my silver proof quarters from Mount Vernon Coin.
