An exciting series. Start collecting all 24 issues today!
Minted 1921 to 1935
This is the first U.S. coin issued to celebrate peace, specifically the end of the Great War, or as we know it today, WWI. The coins were struck in High Relief in 1921, but were redesigned for later years due to the inability to properly stack the coins. Minting ended during the Great Depression, when demand for large coins ceased. This 24-coin series is a joy to complete. Choose the dates and grades that meet your needs.
The coins arrived two days earlier than expected. Upon inspection of the coins, I found small damage on the backs of each coin. I was hoping for better brilliant uncirculated. Other than they are beautiful coins that arrived fast.
my grand children love them
The coins were just as described, shiny too.
