The Great Smoky Mountains starts off this year's release for the National Park Quarter set. This is also the 21st coin in the National Parks Quarter series. This coin depicts a log cabin in the middle of the lush, forest-rich mountain side. The hawk flying through the air really gives you a feel of the wildlife that you can and will see throughout the Great Smoky Mountains. As for these coins, they were produced at the Philadelphia Mint, Denver Mint and San Francisco Mint. Even if you have never visited the Great Smoky Mountains, don't miss this beautiful coin.
